IMPORTANT:

2. We consider valid documents:
Valid ID card or passport
Every player is obliged to appear on the field with leg protectors (Palestrina), if they are not equipped, they will not be authorized by the match director at the entrance of the field.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
3.U13 – can make unlimited substitutions. Any substituted player can be re-entered onto the field of play. U13 – can make up to 7 substitutions. Substituted players cannot be re-entered onto the field of play. Otherwise the team will lose with the score 0-3. U14 – U15 – U17
can make up to 7 substitutions. Substituted players cannot be re-entered onto the field of play.
CARTONS:
4. For a double yellow card in the same match or for a straight red card, the player or manager cannot play the following match, if the player or manager is the protagonist of violent or vulgar episodes, tournament management or sport, the referee can disqualify him for the entire duration of the tournament, if a player or official refuses to leave the field of play after 5 minutes, the team will lose the match 0-3.
5. Complaints will not be considered unless written and correctly worded documentation is submitted within 30 minutes of the end of the match.

It is mandatory for all participating teams that all players are registered in the team and must send us as soon as possible “ok” of their football federation to participate in the tournament.

LOANS
The use of loan players is allowed, in a maximum number of 3 (three) per team for the entire duration of the tournament, upon presentation of a regular permit issued by the team they belong to, we cannot have players on loan to teams participating in the tournament.
LIST OF PLAYERS
Participating teams must send to the organization of the tournament, before its start, the list of players they intend to use,, After submission is prohibited

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

At the end of the group stage, the teams listed in first and second place will meet in the 1/8 draw.
THE ORDER
The ranking will be done according to the following criteria:
3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss. If we have teams with the same points, the following criteria apply: 1. The points made

3. Goal difference between teams with the same result
4. The greatest number of goals scored
5. Order of discipline

TRAINING
In case of a draw in the elimination phase, penalty kicks are used

EXTRA TIME: There is no extra time.
MANAGEMENT OF TOURNAMENTS
A tour committee will be set up on the telephone number 00355 69 22 92 760 that will be responsible for any dispute, protest, complaint or unforeseen circumstance.
The Committee will NOT accept protests or appeals against decisions made by referees and will report to their National or International Federation the player, staff or manager guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct during the tournament.
TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE
The discipline of the tournament is entrusted to the sports referee.

Automatic sanctions are provided for in the following ways:
• The player sent off during a match will not be able to participate in the next match, except for the major penalties imposed by the tournament management or the sports referee
• The yellow card will be canceled after each race, except for extreme and repeated episodes reported by the Race Directors
COMPLAINT
Any complaint must be submitted within 30 minutes of the end of the match, accompanied by a fee of €0; A copy of the complaint must also be served on the opposing team within 30 minutes.
SECURING
It is the responsibility of each participating team to provide insurance coverage for its players, the tournament organization is responsible for the regularity of insurance coverage.
