The first day is MANDATORY to go to the designated field for the match in time for the accreditation and membership control procedure, you must present with:
Players, staff and managers (full squad) Identity documents;
Any authorization for players on loan with attached copy of membership card (final or provisional);
During the accreditation you will be given the MATI SPORT folder with all the tournament documentation and the list of players approved by the organization, before each game you must show the referee a list of these players, with the players you will play on the field.
1. It is imperative that players and managers appear on the field before each match with an identity document, otherwise the game will be lost in the result 0-3.
2. We consider valid documents:
Valid ID card or passport
Every player is obliged to appear on the field with leg protectors (Palestrina), if they are not equipped, they will not be authorized by the match director at the entrance of the field.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
3. U9 and U11 can make unlimited substitutions. Any substituted player can be re-entered the field of play. U13 – up to 7 substitutions can be made. Substituted players cannot be re-entered the playing field. Otherwise, the team would lose 0-3.
CARTONS:
4. For a double yellow card in the same match or for a straight red card, the player or manager cannot play the following match, if the player or manager is the protagonist of violent or vulgar episodes, tournament management or sport, the referee can disqualify him for the entire duration of the tournament, if a player or official refuses to leave the field of play after 5 minutes, the team will lose the match 0-3.
5. Complaints will not be considered unless written and correctly worded documentation is submitted within 30 minutes of the end of the match.
6. RESERVE BENCH: only 3 staff can access the football field for each team, each staff member must have the technical permit submitted on the day of accreditation (the organization can authorize access to the fields for other team members always equipped with a technical permit).
